Force Recon vs. Navy Seals?
I now know that both are completely different, but depending on your hand to hand combat skills that would win in a melee combat? also what makes martial arts train Navy seals?
BJJ and are almost the same in terms of crazy it is their training, had a relative who was U.S. Army Special Forces and he said that he and his men could not keep up with the Navy Seals and the boys were trained in Recon. By the way, also said that the seals and Force Recon guys acted like best friends, there was hardly any competition between them.
